Partner Portal Dashboard

Updated at May 6th, 2025

Prerequisites:

Access to the Microsoft Teams Phone Connector portal.

The Partner Portal Dashboard lets you see each enterprise registered under the service provider.

This gives the name, domain, types of services enabled (PBX, SIP trunk, or SMS), status of Direct Routing setup, SB regions enabled, and user limit.

Action Items

The "Action" column is on the far right, with three dots next to each Enterprise. Clicking this icon opens a menu.

Reset Direct Routing

If an error is made during initial setup and the provisioning process needs to be done from the beginning again, use this. Clicking on it brings up this warning screen:

Select "Reset Direct Routing" and follow the Initial setup instructions.

Force Sync Members

If many changes have been made to the users on the Microsoft side recently, this can speed up the propagation of the changes on the Microsoft Teams Phone Connector side.

Assign SMS DIDs

This option only appears for enterprises with SMS enabled. This Feature is Coming Soon.

Edit Enterprise

This menu lets you adjust settings chosen when the enterprise was initially created. If the global administrator's email address changes, update it here. If they need a new SBC gateway enabled, enable it here, etc.

Disable Enterprise

If customers stop using the Microsoft Teams Phone connector, they can be deleted from the Microsoft Teams Connector Portal. However, this is not the only step necessary for deletion. The Microsoft Global Admin must edit the User Calling Policies from the Microsoft Admin Portal and the Teams Admin Center. Disabling an enterprise from the Microsoft Teams Phone Connector will also interrupt Direct Routing for the enterprise unless you reset Direct Routing first, so consider doing that before deleting any enterprises.

Enterprises can be restored or permanently deleted from the trash bin by selecting "Advanced Search --> Disabled Enterprises" from the dashboard.

Enterprise Management

To access the details of each enterprise, click on its name. This will bring you to the dashboard at the enterprise level. From here, many tasks that the enterprise can do can be done by the service provider instead. However, due to Microsoft security restrictions, the Microsoft Global Admin must complete many actions (or at least finalize).

For example, you must have the client Grant Consent; you cannot do this on their behalf.

Advanced Search

This section lets a service provider access the "Manage Enterprises" screen with options like Recover and Delete an Enterprise Permanently.
