- Advanced UC Softphone Credentials, your portal credentials cannot be used to access the mobile or desktop app.
- The Advanced UC Softphone App installed on your computer.

Users: This is where you can find your colleague’s contacts and all internal office phone numbers. |

Contacts: This is where all your external contacts, like clients, partners, etc., are listed. |
How to search, add and delete a contact.You can add personal external contacts to your contacts list. The details of such contacts will be available to you only.
To delete the contact. Right click on the contact and select “Delete” from the dropdown options. |

Viewing and editing contact details.To edit a contact. Right click on the contact and select “Edit” from the dropdown options. Your curser will jump to the first field in the contact record. Once you have finished editing the contact's details click the “Save” button to save your changes or use the X to close the contact without saving if you would like to discard the changes you made. ![]() | |
Users TabIn the Users Tab you can see the contact records of your colleagues together with their presence statuses. ![]() 1.The selected user is highlighted, we can see that the user is showing as away. 2. We have the ability to commence a video or audio call with the user by selecting the Video or Phone Icon. 3. We can call the user's extension or other listed numbers by selecting the links. 4. Select the email address to copy the address or to send the user an email. 5. Send a message to the selected users by typing in the text box, with the ability to add emojs, add files and voice memos |
