This article provides details on data synchronization between production and sandbox servers.

All partners/resellers have access to the sandbox, and to log in, they must use the same credentials used in the production portal. We synchronize data between the production servers and the sandboxes daily. 

The synchronization works in one direction only: from production to the sandbox, never the other way around. Subscribers' configurations (extensions/users) are copied or updated only for extensions and users with Super User, Reseller, or Office Manager scopes. No other extension is copied, preserving the regular users in the sandbox for tests. Multifactor Authentication (MFA) is copied or updated only for users who use MFA; only Super Users and Resellers are enforced at this time. With that, the access to the sandbox can use the same authentication method as production.
