UC Connect Premium Video - Install the Mobile App
Prerequisites
- UC Connect Premium Video requires an account to access UC Connect features and to initiate meetings on the platform. This account requires an add-on purchase.
- You don't need an account in order to join a UC Connect Premium Video Conference! You only need a computer, mobile device, or phone with an internet connection to call.
- Google Chrome V96 is the browser supported for System Users.
iOS
Transform your iPhone or iPad into a virtual meeting nexus and access the full array of features. The UC Connect Premium Video App can be used on all devices running Apple iOS 12.0 or later*.
To install the free UC Connect Premium Video Mobile App on your iPhone or iPad, simply tap on the link below to go to the Apple iTunes store and follow the instructions:
*Video is only available with iOS 13 and up. Video is not available with iOS 12. It is not currently possible to share your screen with the iOS app.
Android
Transform your smartphone or mobile device into a virtual meeting nexus and access the full array of features. The Android App can be used on all devices running version 6.0 or later.

Troubleshooting

Note that if you have power saving or battery optimization settings active on your Android device, this may cause your audio to disconnect after roughly ten (10) minutes
- To avoid this, turn off battery optimization for this app within your settings
