To install the UC Connect Desktop App on your Windows computer, simply log in to your online dashboard, go to "menu"' on the right side of the screen, then click "Download apps".

Select the tile associated with your operating system:

1. Click "Download" under the App icon for your operating system.
2. The file will automatically save to your default download folder
3. Open the downloaded file
4. The UC Connect Premium Video app will automatically install and launch
5. Welcome to the UC Connect Premium Video Starting page! Log in or enter the access code of the conference call you wish to join.

On a Mac, when prompted, drag the UC Connect Premium Video app icon to your Applications folder.

Your UC Connect Premium Video app is now installed! Go to your launchpad or applications folder and double-click the UC Connect Premium Video icon to open the app. You may get the following message the first time you access the app. Be sure to select "Open.”

How to find your desktop app version and update it

Windows

• Open the desktop app
• Select File> "Check for update" to verify that you have the most recent version, then update your desktop app.
• If your app requires an update, select "Download update" and follow the prompts.

Apple Mac

• Open the desktop app.
• Select "About" from the app menu in the top left corner of your screen.
• A window will display with your current app version.
• Select "Check for update" to verify that you have the most recent version, then update your desktop app.
• If your app requires an update, select "Download update" and follow the prompts.
