First Time Login and How do I Update my User Profile?

Prerequisites:

You must have access to the partner portal and the Partner Tools Portal. Please contact the partner team to request access. When logged in to the partner portal, you can immediately see if you have access, as you will see the Partner Tools Menu Icon.  This article is available externally through this link:  https://iplogin.in/profile.

 

If you are a first-time user, you will see this screen once you click on the Partner Tools menu item. Please review it using the scroll bar to view the content and select "I agree to the terms of service." Once you have reviewed it, click next.

On the next screen, select your time zone, language, and date format from the drop-down lists. When you have made your selections, select "finished."

Once you are in the Partner Tools portal, the system will guide you through updating your profile and selecting Let's Go.

This will open your user profile for editing. This area includes several sections: Personal Information, Social Information, Company Information, Language and Time Zone Settings, Activate Social, Asset Preferences, and Achievements.
 

To update the user profile at a later date.

  • Click on Partner Tools in the partner portal
  • Click on the profile icon on the top right corner of your screen.
  • Hover on the user profile and click "View." 

 

This will open your profile for editing.

Personal Information: Make any desired changes to the content in the Personal Info tab. **Be aware that this information will be used to personalize the individual contact information of any communications sent from this user's account. 

User Profile image:
  • Dimensions: 500px x 500px
  • File Type: .jpg or .png

Contact Information: Make any desired changes to the content in the Contact Info tab. **Be aware that this information will be used to personalize the individual contact information of any communications sent from this user's account. Once you have filled in your personal information, move down the list by selecting Contact Information. The form will load. Enter your address details. Save your changes. It is helpful to understand that the Zip/Postal code field depends on the Country field. Once you enter your zip/postal code, the format will be validated based on the country selection before you save the changes.

Social Information: We can add our website link, blog, X (Twitter), Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and a Calendar link.

Company Information: Make any desired changes to the content in the Company tab. **Be aware that this information will be used to personalize the company contact information for any communications sent from this user's account. 

Company / Organization logo:
  • Dimensions: 200px x 56px
  • File Type: Transparent .png

 

Language and Time Zone Settings: This tab allows you to update your language and time zone preferences, which affects when your emails are sent out through the MSP Advantage email service.

 

Activate Social: Make any desired changes to the content in the Social tab. **Be aware that this information will be used to personalize the social information of any communications sent from this user's account.

 

Asset Preferences: Select the languages for asset preference. You can also give additional filters by typing them into the filters box.

Achievements: This section contains any badges or certifications earned, which you can share on social media.
