Updated at June 17th, 2026

Prerequisites

  • Access to a device configured on the UC Hospitality Portal to use the codes.
  • Access to the UC Hospitality Portal for Hotel Configuration.

Overview

Star codes (also called feature access codes) let you control phone features directly from your handset without logging into a portal or asking an administrator. Simply dial the code on your device to activate or manage the feature instantly.

This article covers all available star codes for UC Hospitality users.

How to Use Star Codes

  1. Lift the handset or press the speaker button to get a dial tone.
  2. Dial the star code exactly as shown (replacing "ext" with the actual extension number where applicable).
  3. Wait for a confirmation tone or announcement.

Note: Codes marked as (midcall) must be dialed while you are already on an active call.
