Disable SIP ALG


General instructions to disable SIP ALG:

Navigate the CLI menu as follows:

System → Conntrack → Modules → SIP → Disable


The next steps only apply to controller versions lower than 5.6.  If you are on a lower version, it is recommended that you upgrade your controller.

Step 1: Download and install WinSCP from https://winscp.net/eng/download.php

Step 2: Connect to your CloudKey with WinSCP via SSH and browse to the directory srv/unifi/data/sites/**sitename** (if you did not alter the site name it will be named "default" without quotes)

Step 3: Create a file on your computer named config.properties.

Step 4: Edit the config.properties file and add "config.ugw.voip.sip_alg_disable=true" (without quotes) and save.

Step 5: Copy the file to the CloudKey in the folder you browsed to in step 2.

Step 6: Force your USG to refresh provisioning. You can do this by creating a port forwarding rule and then deleting it.
