Get started with your Grandstream Wave softphone on iOS or Android.
- If you have not already created a manual device on the Manager Portal.
- Get the app for your device

- Add The Account
Tap settings and tap "+" to add an account. Tap "SIP Account", and replace the red text with the information you received from the Manager Portal then tap the checkmark to save.
- Adjust Advanced Settings
Tap the account you just created. Scroll down and change the Outbound Proxy and the DNS Mode. Use the information you received from the Manager Portal. Tap the Back arrow to save.
- Make a call!
That should be it! Your softphone should be ready to make and receive calls!
